Depends on the game. If its an online game its difficult cause you probably want to play with alot of players and depending on the game in 2 years the community can be small + the feeling is different when you play an online game which just came out.

For me it depends on who good the game is. Witcher 3 is really amazing, so I had no problem buying it at full price and same for both DLCs. CD Projekt Red really deserved my money. And same goes for any other great game done by good developer. And I am not saying you shouldn't do this. Just saying that some developers and some games deserve to be bought at full price. And since I got job and don't have to struggle for money, I see no reason not to pay for it.

I just bought Mass Effect Trilogy (physical version) for 15€ and man I've never experienced this before ! These games are amazing, the universe, the characters, the soundtrack, the gameplay... the feeling in each game when you meet your old friend (Garrus for example)...I'm finishing the third one and I really hope to find another license like this one since the reviews about Andromeda are not really good and this is another timelapse
