Một trong những món ăn chay truyền thống rất hay xuất hiên và được phổ biên đó là món đậu hũ chiên sả ớt, vừa cay thơm, vừa béo béo thật là kịch thích vị giác.
Đậu hũ rửa sạch, dùng khăn thấm khô nước rồi dùng dao cắt nhiều đường song song với nhau lên 1 mặt của rộng của miếng đậu hũ.
Trong 1 chén sạch trộn đều 2 muỗng cà phê muối với 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt và 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu.
Dùng tay thoa hỗn hợp muối tiêu và bột ngọt lên đều các mặt và khe hở đã cắt của miếng đậu hũ.
Phần muối tiêu còn dư lấy ra 2/3 muỗng cà phê trộn đều với chỗ sả băm và ớt băm.
Đun nóng 100g ml dầu ăn, cho các miếng đậu hũ vào chiên chín vàng đều các mặt thì vớt ra.
Đổ bớt dầu trong chảo, để lại khoảng 2 muỗng canh, cho chén sả ớt và đảo đều tay.
Khi sả thơm và hơi ráo lại thì cho các miếng đậu hũ vào, đảo nhẹ tay. Dùng muỗng múc sả nhồi vào trong khe hở của đậu hũ chiên. Hạ nhỏ lửa, trở liên tục miếng đậu hũ cho áo đều sả là được khoảng 5-10 phút là được.
Món đậu hũ chiên sả ớt cay thơm, béo giòn thích hợp là món ăn chủ đạo trong những ngày ăn chay hằng tháng của bạn. Ngoài ra có thể kết hợp với canh rau củ, hay món xào cho mâm cơm thêm trọn vẹn nhé!
