Thịt heo xé sợi chiên cay là món ăn đơn giản nhưng cực hút cơm. Tịt nạc heo luộc chín, xé sợi, chiên giòn rồi sốt cùng hỗn hợp gừng, riềng, tỏi, ớt, ... cho món ăn cay thơm hấp dẫn.

Cho tỏi, hành tím, gừng, riềng và ớt sừng vào cối giã nhuyễn.

Thịt heo rửa sạch cho vào nồi cùng 1,5 lít nước, 1 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, hành tây và sả đập dập, bắc lên bếp luộc lửa vừa. Thịt chín vớt ra, để hơi nguội rồi xé sợi.

Đun nóng nhiều dầu ăn trong chảo, cho thịt đã xé sợi vào chiên với lửa vừa cho đến khi thịt vừa giòn thì vớt ra để ráo dầu.

Đun nóng 30ml dầu ăn trong chảo, cho hỗn hợp đã giã vào, trộn đều cho thơm rồi cho chỗ thịt vừa chiên vào. Trộn đều cho thịt ngấm gia vị rồi tắt bếp.
