Khuấy tan hỗn hợp trộn gỏi gồm: 1.5 muỗng canh mù tạt, 2 muỗng canh đường, 2 muỗng canh giấm, 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm, 1 muỗng cà phê dầu mè. Cho vào tô lớn gồm thịt gà, dưa leo, hành tây, cà chua, củ cải đỏ, mè đen, dội hỗn hợp sốt vừa pha vào trộn đều lên là có thể dùng.
